Acceptance

By accessing compute-performance.digital or requesting a lesson seat from Compute Performance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit booking inquiries.

Instruction services

Compute Performance provides educational instruction in technical analysis and risk management for chart-based trading. Lessons are instructional only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, manage investment accounts, provide personalized investment advice regulated as portfolio management, or guarantee trading results.

Bookings and communication

Seat requests submitted through the contact form are inquiries, not confirmed contracts, until we reply with availability and you accept the stated terms for that lesson. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, risk sheet templates, annotated chart examples created by Compute Performance, and site content remain our intellectual property. You may keep materials provided for your personal trading education. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own course without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit abusive or fraudulent inquiries, or scrape content for competing instructional products.

Liability

Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of capital. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Compute Performance is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after instruction. Our liability for any claim related to a booked lesson is limited to fees paid for that specific lesson, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea shall hear disputes arising from these terms or from lessons delivered by Compute Performance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
