Overview
Session Prep Coaching is a short, focused call or studio sit-down before your trading window. Together we mark levels, write two or three scenarios, and set a hard loss cap for that session only.
Typical agenda
- Overnight range and relevant news windows (without forecasting headlines)
- Invalidation levels for planned ideas
- Position size from stop distance
- Written session budget you keep beside the keyboard
Constraints
Prep coaching does not place orders for you and does not run during live order flow as a co-pilot. If you need the full risk framework, start with the Risk Desk Intensive.
