Refund and cancellation

Scope

These terms apply to lesson fees and deposits for Compute Performance instruction: Risk Desk Intensive, Chart Structure Clinic, and Session Prep Coaching. This site does not sell physical goods, software licenses, or subscription products.

Eligibility window

Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@compute-performance.digital within fourteen (14) days of payment for a lesson that has not yet started, unless a shorter or longer window is stated in your booking confirmation. Once a lesson session has begun, eligibility follows the partial-refund and non-refundable rules below.

Full refund

A full refund of fees paid (including deposit) is available when:

• You cancel in writing at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled session of a multi-session intensive or before a clinic date; or
• Compute Performance cancels a lesson and cannot offer a suitable alternative date; or
• A confirmed seat is withdrawn by us before the first session for reasons other than your breach of booking terms.

Partial refund

If you cancel a Risk Desk Intensive after it has started but before the midpoint (sessions 1–3 completed of 6), we may refund fifty percent (50%) of the remaining unused session value, calculated on a pro-rata session basis, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation. Cancellations after the midpoint are generally not eligible for a partial refund of remaining sessions.

Clinic and single Session Prep Coaching fees are generally not partially refundable after the session start time.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits expressly marked non-refundable in your booking confirmation (used to hold scarce cohort seats)
• Sessions already delivered
• Printed chart packs or materials already produced for your seat after the production cutoff stated in confirmation
• No-shows without notice

No-shows and late arrival

If you miss a session without at least twenty-four (24) hours notice, that session is treated as delivered. Late arrival of more than twenty minutes may shorten the session without fee reduction.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a Session Prep Coaching slot or an individual intensive session with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice, subject to studio availability. One complimentary reschedule per booked item is typical; further reschedules may incur an administrative fee stated in confirmation. Clinics may be moved to the next published date if you give seven days’ notice and a seat remains open.

Work already started

Once chart review between intensive sessions has begun, or clinic materials for your named markets have been prepared after the production cutoff, related preparation time may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund at a reasonable hourly rate disclosed on request.

Refund process and timing

Email info@compute-performance.digital with your name, lesson, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate, within fourteen (14) business days after approval.

Cancellations by Compute Performance

If we must cancel and cannot reschedule on mutually acceptable dates, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered sessions.
