Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, lesson of interest, optional markets description, and message content
• Correspondence you send by email or phone
• Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example, standard server logs)
• Cookie-related preferences when you use the cookie banner (see Cookies)

We do not ask for broker passwords, full account numbers, or payment card details through this site.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to seat requests, schedule lessons, administer deposits and refunds when applicable, improve instructional materials based on aggregate feedback, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting, dispute resolution, or law. Lesson administration records for booked seats may be retained for up to five years for bookkeeping and consumer claim periods under Korean law, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Korean privacy law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where retention is not legally required, and restriction of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@compute-performance.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Korean supervisory authority.

International transfers

If we use email or hosting providers that process data outside the Republic of Korea, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with Korean requirements for cross-border transfers. You may ask us which processors are involved in handling your inquiry.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive financial details by email.

Children

Lessons and the site are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting a revised version on this page.
